Main duties:
• Talent Development;
• Ensure direct reports' and own development based on regular performance reviews;
• Establish own development plan with support from supervisor ;
• Assess development needs and supports direct reports when establishing their development plans;
• Selects high quality direct reports;
• Plan and implement internal training for entry level associates;
• Talent Development;
• Performance appraisals & Individual Development plans for direct reports (quantity & quality);
• Lead and coach employees in the area of responsibility in agreement with supervisor (feedback, development, assessment, motivation);
• Use the Structured Coaching Approach for employees to fully implement the new TCD Service Standards, Steps to Service An Account and use myService;
• Define targets and bonus measures for all eports;
• Participates with an active role in sales promotions (Blitz);
• Ensure effective implementation of the structured Made By U process for customer acquisition and maintenance;
• Organize regular sales meetings;
• Provide commercial & technical support to sales organization;
• Quality of planning & reporting.

Requirements:
• Graduate Level with economic focus;
• Technical and process understanding;
• 3-5 years experience in B2B sales management;
• Driving License;
• PC skills;
• Country specific language, fluent English skills.
