Sales director for Channel and Partner program

Main duties:
• Manage the Sales team and take care about their Competence to ensure Financial year targets;
• Actively participation in preparation Budget and monthly POR's;
• Evaluate distributor's potential and ENPS market share requirements;
• Preparation: price lists, tools, training, bonus program and marketing materials;
• To keep pushing for professional and technical skills improvements of distributors/partners;
• To keep developing business partnership among that partners who are aiming to grow or among who are strategically important for ENPS;
• Regular visits to partners and giving them actively support in their events like: exhibitions, seminars, customer's day or other marketing and promotion activities;
• Actively participate in partner pre-sales activities, helping them to supply customer the best possible solutions;
• To develop action plan per each partner;
• In coordination with Operation organization put in the place the most efficient Supply & Chain management organization;
• Ensure that any activity, task and responsibility required by role in terms of the International Trade Compliance Regulation is managed and performed in full compliance with the Company ITC certification program itself.

• Have bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering;
• MBA degree preferable;
• Good / Fluent English language skills both written and verbal are required;
• Min. 7 years experience in sales;
• Min three Years successfully experienced in sales to distributors/partners;
• Numerate and IT literate with an in-depth understanding of business performance software packages. (Essential - Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Project, Oracle.);
• Ability to understand and negotiate commercial business contracts and a sound knowledge of contract agreements and contract law;
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage a number of tasks/priorities at any given time;
• The ability to work under pressure and to agreed timescales;
• Capable of managing a team and provide communication, motivation and corrective actions where necessary;
• Have class B driving license.
